Training Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit & Payment Terms
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your training spot.
The remaining balance is due on your training date.
2. Minimum Attendance Requirement
Training sessions require a minimum of 3 confirmed students. If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to reschedule the session.
In such cases, enrolled students will be offered alternative dates at no extra charge.
3. Rescheduling Policy
One-time rescheduling is permitted if:
- A minimum of 14 days' notice is provided, AND;
- The student can document an urgent/emergency situation.
Requests made outside of these circumstances are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Any request made within 14 days of the scheduled training date will be considered a last-minute cancellation and will fall under the Cancellation Policy outlined below.
Additional rescheduling requests beyond the one-time courtesy will be at the company's discretion. If the company agrees to reschedule, the trainee will incur a $150 rescheduling fee with rescheduling subject to availability, and must still comply with the One-time Rescheduling criteria listed above.
To request rescheduling the student must email us at hello@june.skin with their name, training date, and reason for the request.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations are non-refundable. This includes students who cancel for personal reasons, travel issues, or lack of preparation.
No-shows are subject to the same policy as cancellations, and additionally will disqualify the trainee from rescheduling.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases (e.g., medical emergencies), exceptions may be reviewed at our discretion. Documentation will be required.
Every training spot is limited and booked in advance. Late changes affect our ability to plan, bring in live models, and deliver high-quality instruction for all students. This policy helps us ensure a professional and fair experience for everyone involved.
6. Marketing Foundations Course – Policy Exception
The above policies do not apply to live sessions within the Marketing Foundations Course. As these sessions are recorded, students who are unable to attend live may access the recording and complete the session at a later time.
