Before submitting your $500 training deposit, review our cancellation and rescheduling policy. The deposit is non-refundable.

1. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your training spot. The remaining balance is due on your training date.
2. Training sessions require a minimum of 3 confirmed students. If the minimum is not met, the session may be rescheduled and alternative dates will be offered at no extra charge.
3. One-time rescheduling is permitted with at least 14 days notice and documented urgent or emergency circumstances. Additional reschedules may incur a $150 fee at the company's discretion.
4. Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. No-shows also disqualify the trainee from rescheduling.
5. Exceptions may be reviewed for documented medical emergencies. Marketing Foundations Course live sessions are recorded and may be completed later if a student cannot attend live.
